This Email Marketing & Communications Policy (“Policy”) describes how iscAIle uses email to communicate with you, and your rights to manage those communications.

1. Types of Emails We Send

  • Service Emails (required): account confirmations, password resets, billing receipts, integration updates, legal notices.
  • Product & Feature Updates: announcements of new features, templates, and integrations.
  • Educational Content: best practices, how-to guides, training resources, webinars, and ROI insights.
  • Promotional Emails: special offers, discounts, or marketing messages (only with your opt-in).

2. Consent & Opt-In

By creating an account or subscribing to our newsletter, you consent to receive emails from us. Promotional emails use explicit opt-in (e.g., checkbox or double opt-in).

3. Opt-Out / Unsubscribe

You may opt out of promotional emails at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link in the email footer. You cannot opt out of required Service Emails.

4. Frequency

Service Emails are sent as needed; marketing emails are generally limited to 1–2 per week.

5. Data Privacy

We only use your email address in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your email. If we share data with third-party email service providers (e.g., Mailchimp, SendGrid, HubSpot), it is solely for delivering communications.

6. Compliance
