This SMS/Text Messaging Policy (“Policy”) explains how iscAIle uses text messaging to communicate with you. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to this Policy.

1. Opt-In

By submitting your phone number to iscAIle, you consent to receive SMS/text messages related to account verification and security alerts, service updates and notifications, appointment reminders or integration updates, and promotional messages (only if you separately opt in).

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on your account activity and preferences.

3. Opt-Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages, except those required for legal or transactional purposes.

5. Costs

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. iscAIle is not responsible for charges billed by your carrier.

6. Supported Carriers

Our SMS services are supported by major U.S. carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, etc.). Delivery is not guaranteed in all areas.

7. Data Privacy

Your mobile number will be used solely for SMS communication as described above and protected under our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes

We may update this SMS Policy at any time. Updates will be posted here with a new “Last Updated” date.
